On Saturday morning, ESPN's College GameDay kicked off from a very different location. Instead of broadcasting from a Power 5 program for a match-up of FBS powerhouses, the GameDay crew traveled to South Dakota State.

The Jackrabbits are set for a huge showdown with rival North Dakota State.

Before the game kicks off, the GameDay crew broke down all of the day's coming action. The crew asked Kirk Herbstreit about the injury to Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

The Crimson Tide star suffered an ankle injury will miss Saturday's game against Arkansas.

Herbie was asked what it would mean for the Tide to play LSU without Tua. The college football analyst doesn't think Alabama would have "much of a chance."

"If Tua cant play against LSU, Bama doesn't have much of a chance," Herbstreit said.

It's a bold claim from Herbstreit, especially when we haven't seen backup quarterback Mac Jones play yet this season. If he looks solid against Arkansas, who's to say the Tide don't have a chance without Tua on the field?

This is all a moot point if Tua can get healthy in time to take on the Tigers. Alabama has a bye week after today's game against Arkansas, giving Tua some extra time to prepare.
