On Wednesday, the insurance company Aflac announced that Saban and Sanders will be a part of their new ad campaign for the 2021 college football season. The two will appear together in three commercials set to air between August 28 and the conference championship games.
“Aflac, a leading provider of supplemental insurance in the U.S., today announced its new partnership with football legend and coach Deion ‘Prime’ Sanders to celebrate the return of college football this fall,” the company said in a statement. “In this integrated campaign, Coach Prime, with help from some friends, will remind people that Aflac helps close the gaps for customers with unexpected medical bills that health insurance doesn’t cover, while also supporting a shared commitment to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).”
Saban has been a part of Aflac ad campaigns for several years now. As the statement mentioned, Sanders is joining in part to raise awareness for HBCU’s.
Deion Sanders will join Nick Saban in three new Aflac ads this season.
The first spot, "Ready for Prime Time," will debut Aug. 28 during the Hawaii-UCLA game on ESPN.

Deion Sanders is coming off his first season as head coach of Jackson State. His tenure got off to a hot start as he won his first three games at the helm.
But three straight losses ended his shot at contending for the Southwestern Athletic Conference title. His season ended with a 2-0 forfeit win over Alcorn State to give him a 4-3 first year.
Expectations are going to be even higher for Sanders’ Tigers this year now that he has a year of coaching experience.
As for Nick Saban, his resume speaks for itself.
