With the 2019 college football season on the horizon, four-star recruit McKinnley Jackson has revealed the five programs remaining on his list.
The talented defensive lineman has receiver 20 offers so far in his recruitment. According to 247Sports, he is the No. 1 recruit from his state and No. 10 defensive tackle in his class.
McKinnley went on Twitter to announce that he’s trimming his official list of suitors down to five.
“I want to thank those who stood with me solidly throughout my recruitment and supported me on this decision,” McKinnley wrote on Twitter. “These are the schools that I feel I can get the best education and opportunity to change my life forever.”
The five schools remaining on his list are Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Ole Miss and Texas A&M.
McKinnley, who is from Mississippi, has left only SEC programs in the mix for his recruitment.

It’ll be interesting to see if McKinnley takes any official visits with the programs on his list this fall.
