Miller Moss isn't anywhere close to making a decision as to where he'll play college football, but the four-star quarterback has made it clear that he's interested in Alabama.

The Crimson Tide are putting together an impressive 2020 recruiting class. While Nick Saban is most likely focused with adding a few more players to that group, he recently extended an offer to Moss.

The four-star recruit is the No. 9 pro-style quarterback in the 2021 class, per 247Sports. Auburn, Georgia and Michigan are among the other programs in pursuit of him.

Moss caught up with 247Sports to talk about why Alabama is a factor in his recruitment. He also revealed how excited he was to finally chat with Saban.

From 247Sports:

“I want to be the best football player I can possibly be. And in order to be the best, you have you to go play with the best. And I think that’s just, bottom line, that’s a huge thing for me.”

He was also a bit starstruck by meeting Nick Saban, something that probably isn't too rare for recruits.

“It was crazy. You walk in and for the first ten minutes there’s a certain wow factor where you’re just like, ‘Oh my God, I’m talking to Coach Saban.’ But he was a great guy, super intelligent, and didn’t speak so much on football. He spoke a lot about character, the kind of man they build at Alabama, which I think spoke volumes to how he runs his program and why he’s so successful.”

Alabama hosted Moss for a visit earlier in June.

Judging off Moss' comments, it sounds like the Crimson Tide will be a contender for his commitment.
