Here's the latest on the status of the Crimson Tide's standout linebacker.

Nick Saban has released a statement regarding the status of injured linebacker Dylan Moses.

AL.com reported earlier Tuesday that Moses had suffered a potentially season-ending injury during practice.

While Saban didn't confirm that the injury is season-ending, he did confirm the injury.

“Dylan Moses injured his foot in practice on Monday. He will be out indefinitely,” Saban's statement read.

Moses was an SEC All-Freshman team performer this season and a potential starter for the College Football Playoff.

Alabama and Clemson are set to kick off at 8:45 p.m. E.T. on New Year's Day. The game will be televised on ESPN.
