Eli Gold has been broadcasting Alabama football games since 1988. In that time, he has seen the Crimson Tide capture four national championships and six SEC titles. To many 'Bama fans, he is an indelible part of the program. To thank him for his time broadcasting for the program, Alabama football awarded Eli Gold with a 2014 SEC Championship ring.

Gold is clearly very touched by the honor, and the response from the Alabama faithful. He responded to the dozens of fans who congratulated him on Twitter.
