Reuben Foster is in hot water again.
Last month, San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested on a marijuana charge in Alabama. Not a great start to the off-season for the former Crimson Tide star.
Unfortunately, Foster’s off-season just got worse. According to a report from Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle, Foster was booked Sunday at the Santa Clara County Jail on “charges relating to domestic violence.”
Foster is reportedly being held without bail.
A first-round pick of the 49ers in 2017, Foster fell in the draft due to injury and character concerns. He was sent home from the NFL Scouting Combine after an incident with the medical staff and later had shoulder surgery.
San Francisco tabbed Foster with the 31st pick, and he produced as a rookie. After getting injured in his debut and sitting out five weeks, Foster compiled 72 tackles in 10 games.
He was also named Defensive Rookie of the Month in November.
