According to Sheridan, the fifth-year head coach will lose his job if he doesn't beat the Crimson Tide. Malzahn has lost three straight against his arch-rival since winning the "Kick Six" game in 2013.

In addition to losing three in a row to 'Bama, Malzahn only has a 23-16 overall record in the last three seasons.

The last Iron Bowl coach to lose four in a row to his rival? Alabama's Mike Shula from 2003-06. Shula got fired, but, then again, he didn't have nearly the resume of Malzahn.
