Video: Herm Edwards Lectures Alabama's Players About Being Coachable

He's got some experience.

ESPN football analyst Herm Edwards knows a thing or two about coaching, having been the head man for both the New York Jets and the Kansas City Chiefs in his career. He's also a great motivational speaker, as evidenced below.

Edwards spoke to the Alabama football team after practice earlier this week about the concept of being coachable. His main point of emphasis? If the coach stops talking to you, you won't be playing much this season. 

Of course, he's right - no coach likes a player who thinks his way is better. These guys should listen up - they're dealing with Nick Saban, after all.
