Jalen Hurts may have left Alabama, but it looks like his love and appreciation for the Crimson Tide hasn’t left him. Following Alabama’s late-night win over Tennessee, the former Alabama starter couldn’t contain his excitement.
A video shared on social media shows Hurts enjoying a victory cigar after Alabama’s 35-13 win over the Vols.
Hurts himself got to celebrate that particular accomplishment three times when he played for the Crimson Tide.

He may have enjoyed that Alabama win as much as his Oklahoma Sooners’ win over West Virginia. Hurts had three passing touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns as Oklahoma climbed to 7-0 on the season.
Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, meanwhile, was hurt in the win and will reportedly be out for at least one game. Hurts left the Crimson Tide to join Oklahoma as a grad transfer after losing his starting job to Tagovailoa last year.
Hurts certainly isn’t celebrating Tagovailoa’s injury, obviously. But you’ve got to wonder if he’s not at least interested in seeing how his former team looks without him.
Alabama will play Arkansas without Tagovailoa this upcoming weekend. Then, the Crimson Tide are off before hosting LSU.
