With pro days and workouts canceled, Tua Tagovailoa won't have the opportunity to showcase himself for teams in person.

This time period was when the potential top-five pick was supposed to display how he continues to heal from hip surgery. While the situation isn't ideal for Tua, he's managing to make the best of it.

On Monday night, the Alabama star shared a video of himself participating in on-field drills. He looked pretty damn good too.

"Practicing social distancing with the long ball today. Feels good to spin it again. #Process," Tagovailoa wrote.

Sure, there's no defense or pass rush on the field, but that looks pretty fluid for a young man who suffered a brutal injury only a few months ago. Tua shared a few more videos of his workout on his personal Instagram account.

The first round of the 2020 NFL Draft is set for one month from tonight. Tua is expected to be chosen early on in the evening.

As long as his health checks out, there's a chance he could be off the board in the first five picks.
