Watch: Alabama Freshman QB Tua Tagovailoa Is Stealing The Show In Tide's Spring Game

Alabama freshman QB Tua Tagovailoa is making a name for himself in today's spring game.

The southpaw early enrollee tossed for a pair of touchdowns in the first quarter of today's A-Day intrasquad scrimmage. Overall, Tagovailoa was 4-for-6 for 110 yards and those two scoring throws in the first stanza.

Don't get crazy just yet, 'Bama fans. There doesn't seem to be any quarterback controversy, as rising sophomore Jalen Hurts bounced back from an early INT to throw a long touchdown pass.

Still, there are some reasons to get excited about Tagovailoa. Check out his first overall throw and first touchdown today.

Here is Tagovailoa's second touchdown, which admittedly came with a little (okay, a lot of) luck on a tipped pass.

There's a reason the Hawaii native was a five-star prospect and the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback in the 2017 class.

The dude can flat out ball.
