ESPN: Arkansas Has The 'Most Miserable' Fan Base In The SEC

These SEC fans aren't happy, according to the Worldwide Leader.

ESPN has come up with a "Fan Happiness Index" (FHI) heading into the 2017 season.

Using six metrics (Program power, rivalry dominance, coaching stability, recruiting trend, revenue growth and Twitter buzz), ESPN has ranked every Division I program from 1-128.

According to ESPN, Arkansas fans are the 'most miserable' in the SEC. In fact, the Razorbacks are toward the bottom of all of Division I, coming in 93rd out of 128.

The FHI categorizes Arkansas fans as "disappointed" and adds that "for a relatively strong program, Razorbacks fans seem to be a bit disgruntled. The SEC West can do that."

The Razorbacks are coming off three straight bowl appearances under Bret Bielema, but they have not recaptured the magic of 2010 and 2011 under Bobby Petrino, when Arkansas went a combined 21-5 and reached the Cotton and Sugar Bowls.
