One of the top freshmen in the SEC is reportedly returning to school.

Arkansas center Daniel Gafford, who helped the Razorbacks reach the NCAA Tournament, is expected to return to school for his sophomore season, per 247Sports' Evan Daniels.

Gafford averaged 11.8 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game this season.

The 6-foot-11 Gafford was the No. 23 pick in the latest mock draft from NBADraft.net. The latest Bleacher Report mock had him at No. 19.

Obviously, Gafford hasn't made a final decision yet. But if he elects to come back, that's great news for the Razorbacks.

It is less than welcome news for the rest of the SEC.
