After graduating in just three years from Texas, center Jake Raulerson was originally set to transfer to UCLA. to play out his final two seasons. Last week, it was announced that Raulerson would not be making it to Westwood, after being denied admission to UCLA's MBA program. After taking trips to North Carolina and SMU, Raulerson has a new home: Arkansas.
The situation with UCLA is unfortunate, but the chance to play in the SEC and spend two years working towards an MBA is a pretty decent consolation prize. Playing for an extremely offensive line-friendly coach like Bret Bielema probably helps things as well.
