A former Las Vegas bookmaker is picking an SEC team other than Alabama as the title "sleeper."
Most college football analysts are penciling in Alabama as the representative of the SEC in this year's College Football Playoff, but one former Las Vegas bookmaker believes that another team in the league could be this year's "sleeper."
This week, CBS Sports chatted with Micah Roberts, who suggested that Auburn, at 30:1 odds to win the national title, should be the "sleeper" to watch out for this season.
Roberts notes the fact that Auburn returns 15 starters from an 8-5 team and brings in a former four-star quarterback Jarrett Stidham, who transferred from Baylor.
