Auburn's Tyrone Neal Tweets, Deletes Comments On Lack Of Playing Time

Auburn senior linebacker Tyrone Neal Jr. was frustrated with a lack of playing time Saturday night.

Tyrone Neal Jr., a grad transfer who played for Illinois the past few years, only saw the field for a few plays on Saturday night against Clemson, and it looks like he's frustrated by the situation. After the contest, which the Tigers lost, 19-13, Neal took to Twitter to complain about playing time. He cited the fact that some of his family members drove 12 hours to watch him play.

He's since deleted the tweets.

Neal was expected to play more in the contest. Clearly, head coach Gus Malzahn changed his game plan a bit.

Will Neal's comments hurt his status with the team moving forward? We'll find out.
