As college football approaches very soon, one of the most prestigious programs in the country landed a huge commitment. Four-star running back Tank Bigsby announced his decision this week.
Bigsby narrowed his choices down to Auburn, Georgia and LSU. All three schools are great choices for the talented running back.
Some experts believed Bigsby would commit to Georgia because it’s close to his hometown of Hogansville. That wasn’t the case though when he revealed his destination.
Instead, it turns out that Bigsby is committing to the Auburn Tigers.
“I’m going to take my career to the next step,” Bigsby said during his press conference. “I’ll be going to Auburn University.”

Bigsby is the No. 31 overall recruit and No. 7 tailback from his class. His decision to join the Tigers couldn’t have been that simple considering that he had 34 scholarship offers on the table.
It should be fun to watch Bigsby take on opponents in the SEC. The four-star running back finished his junior year of high school with 2,221 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns.
Auburn has the No. 6 recruiting class in the country now that it has Bigsby on board. However, the trio of Alabama, LSU and Georgia still ranks higher in 247Sports’ recruiting rankings.
