On Saturday afternoon, the Georgia Bulldogs hosted the Florida Gators in what promised to be one of the best games of the day.
The game has definitely lived up to that billing. Georgia got off to a hot start, scoring the first 14 points of a game on a 75-yard touchdown run and a 32-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Stetson Bennett.
Florida wasn’t ready to give up the fight though. The Gators ended the first half on a 38-7 run to take a 38-21 lead into halftime. Quarterback Kyle Trask threw for over 300 yards and four touchdowns in the first half alone.
Fans and analysts watching from home were impressed with the Gators performance thus far.
“Kyle Trask putting on quite a show today. UF rolls up 411 yards on UGA in the first half. In the previous four meetings, the Gators didn’t reach 300 yards in a game against the Bulldogs.

Georgia boasts one of the best defenses in the entire country, but the Bulldogs are on their heel right now.
Georgia allowed just 16.2 points per game entering Saturday afternoon’s game. The Bulldogs have already given up twice that – in the first half.
It’s been a rough game for Georgia defensively.
