Florida QB Luke Del Rio Won't Return After Nasty Hit To Shoulder

Florida is down its starting quarterback.

Florida starting signal-caller Luke Del Rio will not return to his team's game against Vanderbilt on Saturday afternoon after taking a nasty shot to his left shoulder.

With under a minute to play in the first half, Del Rio was driven to the ground by Vanderbilt defender Dare Odeyingbo. Del Rio landed awkwardly on his left shoulder - which he had surgery on this past offseason.

Del Rio will not return to the game, per ESPN.

He's reportedly getting x-rays to see the extent of the damage.
