This past Saturday, Florida head coach Jim McElwain channeled his inner Will Muschamp, going absolutely crazy on running back Kelvin Taylor after the junior was given an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for a "throat slash" gesture during the Gators' contest against East Carolina.

Well, Taylor, to his credit, is appearing to deal with all of it quite well. Taylor took to Twitter Sunday afternoon to address the situation, telling Florida supporters that he loves and respects coach McElwain. It's obvious that he's taking responsibility for his actions.

Florida travels to Kentucky next Saturday for its first SEC affair. It's safe to assume that Taylor has learned his lesson.
