Former All-Pro running back Fred Taylor appeared on the Bussin' With The Boys podcast this month to discuss various topics regarding his career.

During this episode on Bussin' With The BoysTaylor was asked about a rumor regarding his recruitment back in the 90s. There was a rumor floating around that Taylor was offered $50,000 to come to Georgia.

Taylor apparently kept the $50,000 and accepted a scholarship from Florida. When asked about this story on the podcast, the former All-SEC performer had a telling epic response.

"It wasn't a duffel bag," Taylor responded. "It was a lot of cash, man. It was up there. It was closer to $50,000."

This response from Taylor generated a plethora of different reactions on social media. No one is blaming Taylor for taking the cash.

"Tough day for the NIL is ruining sports crowd," one fan replied. "As if paying players wasn’t already happening."

"Lmaooo what a legend," another fan tweeted.

"Kids are getting the BAG at every SEC school," a fan wrote. "This is nothing new."

Taylor had an incredible career at Florida, rushing for 3,075 yards and 31 touchdowns.

Clearly, Taylor was winning at life - on and off the field.
