Florida athletic director Jeremy Foley brought the heat when discussing the rescheduling of their matchup with LSU.
After Hurricane Matthew disrupted most college football games in the Southeast last week, LSU and Florida canceled their game for the time being. Today, they resolved it.
The SEC announced that the game is to take place Nov. 19 in Baton Rouge (instead of Gainesville, as listed on the schedule), and in return LSU will play at Florida in 2017 and 2018.
When speaking about the process of rescheduling this game, Florida's athletic director, Jeremy Foley, fired a shot at LSU's administration.
Hmm. He sounds pretty salty! Hard to tell what the reason for the callout is, or why it was necessary, but I have a theory:
The respect he has for LSU athletic director Joe Alleva seems quite low.
Let's just all be glad this debacle is finally settled.
