Jim McElwain Expresses Confidence In Treon Harris' Ability To Lead Florida As Starting Quarterback

Florida's backup quarterback is now its starter, as redshirt freshman Will Grier has been suspended for a year for performance-enhancing drugs. 

The Gators have confidence in the backup-turned-starter, sophomore Treon Harris. 

This evening, Florida coach Jim McElwain commented on Harris' ability to lead his team going forward.

Harris has thrown for 269 yards and two touchdowns this season.
