Nick Saban Calls Will Muschamp 'One Of The Best Assistants I Have Had'

This is a big week for college football, as two of the sports' biggest programs -- Florida and Alabama -- will face off in Tuscaloosa on Saturday afternoon. One of the most interesting subplots of the game is that Florida head coach Will Muschamp used to be an assistant for Alabama head coach Nick Saban. From 2001-2005, Muschamp was Saban's defensive coordinator, both with LSU and the Miami Dolphins.

Today, Saban was asked about his former assistant, and praised Muschamp, calling him one of the best assistant coaches he's had in his coaching career.
