Back in 2014, Garrett Johnson was a three-star wide receiver recruit out of Winter Garden, Fla. The small city outside of Orlando is roughly an hour and a half from Gainesville, Fla., home to one of the country's top college football programs, the Florida Gators.

Johnson, though, was not recruited by the Gators and their then-head coach, Will Muschamp. The 5-foot-9, 160-pound prospect ended up committing to Kentucky.

Thursday night, Johnson squared off against Muschamp, now the defensive coordinator at Auburn. Johnson showed out, catching nine passes for 160 yards. After the game, Muschamp admitted he made a mistake at Florida and should've recruited Johnson to Gainesville.

It's always nice seeing a college coach admit he made a mistake. Johnson is a heck of a player.
