Georgia RB Todd Gurley Sits Atop ESPN's Latest Heisman Experts Poll, Marcus Mariota No. 2

There's been a change at the top of ESPN's Heisman Experts Poll. Marcus Mariota, who was No. 1 in the poll the last two weeks, is now No. 2 in the ranking. Taking his place atop the poll is Georgia running back Todd Gurley. 

Gurley, who ran for 208 yards and two scores on 28 carries during a win against Tennessee last Saturday, has totaled 610 yards and six touchdowns thus far this fall.

  3. Alabama WR Amari Cooper - 24 points
  4. Nebraska RB Ameer Abdullah - 21 points
  5. Texas A&M QB Kenny Hill - 12 points
  6. Notre Dame QB Everett Golson - 3 points

Mariota has a chance to shine in the spotlight Thursday, as Oregon hosts Arizona in a primetime contest at Autzen Stadium. The four candidates behind him have huge contests as well, with Cooper facing Ole Miss, Abdullah going against Michigan State, Hill traveling to Mississippi State and Golson matching up vs. Stanford.
