Clemson was a double-digit favorite over Notre Dame entering today's College Football Playoff semifinal. The Tigers lead the Irish 23-3 in the third quarter.

Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins isn't happy with what is going on, as he thinks this result means the Buckeyes should have made the playoff.

It looks like Georgia wide receiver Mecole Hardman feels the same way.

Hardman expressed his frustrations on Twitter.

Georgia finished the regular season 11-1 and would have made the playoff had they beaten Alabama in the SEC Championship Game. Ohio State, meanwhile, went 12-1 and won the Big Ten, but missed out on the final playoff spot that went to Oklahoma instead.

Is Notre Dame one of the "best four teams" in the country? Probably not, but they went 12-0 and looked impressive doing it. Wins and losses have to count for something.

The playoff committee will always be criticized for its choices but it is incredibly hard to put a two-loss team in the field, even if it is from the SEC and has tremendous talent.
