Georgia vs. South Carolina Moved To Sunday Due To Hurricane Matthew

Georgia vs. South Carolina moved: The Bulldogs and the Gamecocks will be playing Sunday at Williams-Brice Stadium.

Saturday's Georgia vs. South Carolina contest has been moved to Sunday, Gamecocks head coach Will Muschamp announced Thursday night. The Bulldogs and Gamecocks were slated to play at South Carolina's home stadium on Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. ET, but due to Hurricane Matthew, which is set to wreak havoc on the Southeastern coast in the next day or two, a change will be made. Now, according to Muschamp, the contest will be played at an undetermined time on Sunday.

The contest between the Gamecocks and the Bulldogs is not the only SEC game to be altered due to the storm. LSU vs. Florida, which was slated for Saturday afternoon, has been postponed with no makeup date determined. It's very possible that game doesn't even wind up getting played.

It's unclear how South Carolina will handle the ticket situation, given the situation. We'll keep you updated.

Update: South Carolina and Georgia will meet at 2:30 p.m. ET on Sunday.

The game will be broadcast on the SEC Network.
