Josh Harvey-Clemons Suddenly Dismissed From UGA Football Team

The Georgia Bulldogs have released a statement announcing that DB Josh Harvey-Clemons won't be joining the rest of his teammates this fall. His three-game suspension that was to be served at the beginning of the season has taken a permanent turn, and UGA has dismissed him for a violation of team rules. Harvey-Clemons' suspension was the result of alleged marijuana use.

Harvey-Clemons' absence likely won't go unnoticed; he was one of UGA's top recruits in 2012 and was third in tackles last season.

The news does have a few people joking about Harvey-Clemons and his future playing career. As you might remember, UGA dismissed QB Nick Marshall before he went on to play for Auburn and lead the Tigers to the BCS National Championship Game.
