Murray looks like he's trading in the gridiron for the broadcast booth.
Former Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray is taking his talents to television.
According to a new report, Murray will be calling college football games for CBS this fall. Murray was cut by the Los Angeles Rams in May and has not hooked on with another NFL team.
"Yeah a little," Murray told Dawgs247 when asked if he'd be working for CBS. "10 games in the booth covering college."
Here is a screenshot from Murray's Instagram. It shows off his CBS blazer, which he calls his "new game day attire."
As the original report speculates, Murray will likely begin his career on CBS Sports Network.
The SEC's all-time leader in touchdowns (121) and passing yards (13,166), Murray was a fifth-round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs in 2014. He spent time with the Chiefs and with the Arizona Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Rams, but never saw action in a regular season game.
