Report: Georgia Power Brokers "Talking About Potentially Moving On" From Mark Richt Era

Georgia has lost three of its last four contests, including a 27-3 shellacking against Florida this past Saturday, leading many Bulldogs fans to wonder whether head coach Mark Richt's time in Athens could be coming to a close. According to FOX Sports' Bruce Feldman, Georgia "power brokers" are now starting to talk about the program moving on as well.

Feldman added that he's seeing a "different level" of chatter than he did last year.

Richt has been at Georgia since 2001, and with a 141-51 record, he's been one of the most successful college football coaches of the 21st century. But he's never been able to get the Bulldogs to a national title game, and many UGA fans believe he's underachieved a number of years.

Georgia still has the opportunity to post a 10-win season, but it'll need to win out to make it happen. Another loss could be devastating for Richt's cause.
