Alabama Commit Damien Harris Apparently Willing To Fight Twitter Troll

Damien Harris, a five-star running back out of Berea, Ky., committed to Alabama Friday afternoon.

As is the case on Twitter with nearly every recruit who makes a pledge to a school, Harris received an outpouring of social media love from Crimson Tide fans and a decent amount of hate from Kentucky fans. Most of the interactions Harris had were nothing out of the ordinary - except for one.

Twitter user Eli Mitchell, @_WhiteMamba_4, was apparently quite upset that the No. 1 running back in the country opted to go to Alabama instead of his beloved Kentucky. Harris found Mitchell's loathing tweet and responded, seemingly agreeing to meet up with his Twitter basher to settle their differences.

It's tough to tell the size of the Vineyard Vines-wearing Mitchell based on his Twitter profile picture, but agreeing to meet up with the 5-foot-11, 205-pound elite athlete you called out is probably not the best idea.
