Chad Ford Claims Julius Randle Skipped A Workout With The Celtics For An Interview With GQ

Most players would probably trip over themselves for the chance to display their talents to a team that owns the No. 6 and 17 picks in the NBA draft, but, according to a Chad Ford tweet, Kentucky forward Julius Randle didn't see a second workout with the Boston Celtics as a huge priority. Randle sent a tweet about doing an interview with GQ about "style", and according to Ford, his meeting with the magazine superseded a possible second trip to Boston.

There's always a chance that Randle has a promise that he will go elsewhere. Players have changed their schedules based on that before. Either way, however, meeting with GQ instead of a prestigious NBA franchise is a bad look.
