Devin Booker "Will Try His Best" To Recruit No. 1 PG Malik Neman To Kentucky: "We Need To Get Him Here"

Devin Booker officially declared for the NBA Draft this afternoon, but that doesn't mean he can stop helping the Kentucky program. With Booker and six of his teammates leaving Lexington, there is plenty of playing time available, and the nation's top point guard Malik Newman is considering the 'Cats.

Booker was asked about Newman, and implied that he would help recruit the point guard to play for John Calipari.

Newman tweeted at Booker after the news that he would enter the draft went public.

Newman would join a three-player class that is already ranked No. 1 in the nation. He is also considering Kansas, LSU, and Mississippi State.
