Kentucky guard Cameron Mills has a message for Wildcats fans attacking referee John Higgins' business.
Kentucky fans weren't happy with the officiating in Sunday's Elite Eight loss to North Carolina. This morning, it was discovered that some of them had ound the Facebook page for a roofing company owned by one of the game's referees, John Higgins.
They let their frustrations out in the business' comment section, and at least one former Kentucky player is unhappy they did so.
Cameron Mills, a sharpshooting reserve on UK's 1996 and 1998 national championship teams, took to Twitter this afternoon to implore BBN members to stop going after Higgins.
Shaky calls or not, probably a smart move for fans to heed Mills' advice.
Though, being honest, we can't wait to see the reception Higgins gets the next time he calls a Kentucky game.
