Kentucky Announces That Marcus Lee Will Return To School

Marcus Lee wasn't a factor for much of Kentucky's 2013-14 season. The freshman forward only averaged 2.4 points and 1.4 rebounds per game for the Wildcats, and did not play at all in 15 games this season. He did have a big role in Kentucky's Elite Eight win over Michigan, when he scored 10 points and grabbed eight rebounds in just 15 minutes.

Lee didn't have the classic one-and-done resume, but some thought that he would take a shot at the NBA draft, and ESPN's draft expert Chad Ford believes that Lee would be drafted this season.

That's all speculation now, as Kentucky has officially announced that Lee will return to school, as most expected. He and Willie Cauley-Stein are officially coming back, while Big Blue Nation awaits the fate of many of their other favorite players, including the Harrison twins, who may be leaning towards a return to Lexington as well.
