Kentucky Welcomes 3 New Signees To Nation's No. 1 Recruiting Class

Kentucky just officially added three new members to its No. 1 ranked 2017 recruiting class, welcoming Jemarl Baker, Kevin Knox, and Jarred Vanderbilt to the fold.

The three appear to have signed their National Letters of Intent, allowing Kentucky to speak openly about the future Wildcats.

John Calipari recorded a video to talk about his three new Wildcats.

They join four other blue chip players in Kentucky's pretty remarkable class of 2017. The group is the top-ranked class in the country, something that Kentucky has grown incredibly accustomed to.

Overall, Kentucky is bringing in five five-star player and another two four-stars. The full class (rankings via 247Sports):

-No. 10-ranked recruit Kevin Knox, five-star small forward
-No. 11 Jarred Vanderbilt, five-star small forward
-No. 14 P.J. Washington, five-star power forward
-No. 17 Nick Richards, five-star center
-No. 23 Quade Green, five-star point guard
-No. 28 Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, four-star combo guard
-No. 69 Jemarl Baker, four-star shooting guard

This doesn't include Hamidou Diallo, the five-star, No. 9-ranked point guard who enrolled at Kentucky for the spring semester, but is yet to play for the Wildcats. He entered the NBA Draft without playing a game for Calipari's team, but has not signed with an agent, so it is unclear yet whether or not he will actually suit up for UK at any point.

Even without Diallo, this is an absolutely incredible group.
