During the draft process, it isn't uncommon for prospects to get some unusual questions from teams. Still, what one NBA team asked Kevin Knox is noteworthy.

Knox, who is a projected lottery pick in tomorrow's NBA Draft, says one of the teams he met with asked him if he had a child. That's a weird question to begin with, but it gets weirder.

According to Knox, the team pressed him about the matter, even after he said no. The Kentucky standout is childless.

Finally, the team relented and confirmed it was a hoax.

Um, what? This is bizarre.

It is unclear if the team intentionally asked Knox about this, knowing they were messing with him and he didn't actually have a kid, or if this team got bad info from someone claiming Knox had a child.

Either way, this is something that makes you scratch your head.

The 2018 NBA Draft will be held tomorrow at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
