Photos: New Maker's Mark Bottle Commemorates Kentucky's 1978 Championship Team

Last year, Maker’s Mark produced a commemorative bottle of bourbon honoring former Kentucky head coach Adolph Rupp and the four titles his teams won.

Now, the company is rolling out its latest UK tribute bottle. This one will honor the Wildcats’ 1978 National Championship team, which defeated Duke in the title game. It features coach Joe B. Hall and looks very sharp.

Per Kentucky Sports Radio, the bottle is the latest in a five-part series benefiting UK’s Center for Academic and Tutorial Services (CATS).

Several members of the 1978 team will be available to sign pre-obtained bottles at Keeneland Racecourse on Apr. 15.
