LSU running back Leonard Fournette is apparently such a beast, someone decided to name a racehorse in his honor.
Fournette, a three-year-old Kentucky thoroughbred, won his first ever start in the sixth race at Belmont Park on Friday. The owner, according to Nola.com, was paid $45,000 for the win. His name is Staton Flurry, and he's an LSU fan.
"I'm tickled to death," Flurry said. "I told my buddy if we were sitting about fourth making the turn for home, we're going to win it. They came rolling toard the finish line and he did it.
Fournette himself acknowledged the news on Twitter.
