Les Miles was fired at LSU during the season, but there don't appear to be many hard feelings. He's back at the school today for as Jamal Adams announced his declaration for the NFL Draft.
Miles and his successor Ed Orgeron both joined Adams and his family as the star safety announced his decision.
While the focus was understandably on Adams, one of the nation's top safeties, Miles did field some questions about his career. He seemed to subtly confirm that he had interviewed for the Minnesota job that ultimately went to Western Michigan's P.J. Fleck this morning. He also joked about the possibility that he goes into the media.
Miles is one of the better personalities in the coaching ranks, and despite how his LSU tenure ended, few have his resume on the field either. He'd be a blast on College GameDay or a similar show, but it would also be cool to see him back grazing the fields soon enough.
