In a recent interview with The New York Times, Les Miles really opened up, giving the college football world an inside look at one of the sport’s most interesting figures. Miles, who is known not only for being an excellent coach, but also for eccentricities such as eating grass and making up words, shared everything from his daily lunch (which is a Cobb salad with grilled chicken) to his favorite music artists.
He mentioned a few country artists, such as Toby Keith and the Zac Brown Band, but Miles had the most interesting things to say about rapper Lil Wayne. Yes, Lil Wayne.
Here’s what he told Brett Dykes of the NYTimes:
“I honestly think that there’s something really special to his stuff. I really, truly think that he’s exceptional as an artist.”
Apparently Miles really enjoys jamming out to Lil Wayne’s “How to Love.”
We’ll never stop learning interesting things about The Mad Hatter.
