LSU Loses Commitment From 4-Star WR Kenyon Jackson

Four-star wide receiver Kenyon Jackson is opening his recruitment back up.

Four-star wide receiver recruit Kenyon Jackson, a 6-foot-5, 200-pound player from Loganville, Georgia, for the class of 2019 is reopening his recruitment.

Jackson originally committed to the Tigers back in June of 2017. He announced the news on his Twitter account - thanking LSU's staff.

Here's what he had to say:

"After careful consideration and lengthy conversations with my family, I owe it to myself to reopen my recruitment. I still have high regards for the coaching staff at Louisiana State University and they still remain high in my heart. However, at this time, I am decommitting from LSU. I'm trusting the process. Please respect my decision and privacy. (No interviews)"

Here's his tweet:

Jackson only has eight offers, but they are all major schools - LSU, Oregon, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Indiana, Louisville and Kentucky.
