LSU has the incredibly tough task of replacing star players and coaches for the 2020 season. The latest Tigers' in-house promotion could prove to be one of the best moves of the off-season.

Ed Orgeron has to replace key offensive personnel heading into the 2020 season. The Tigers lost both Joe Burrow and Joe Brady. It's no secret LSU's offense could struggle next season without those two key offensive pieces.

">Bruce Feldman. Faulk previously spent time serving as LSU's director of player development for the past two seasons. Faulk should make a big-time splash in the recruiting game for the Tigers, given his reputation. It'll be interesting to see how he performs in this new, critical role.

Orgeron - after already proving his worth last season - continues to make solid hires and promotions.

Faulk is regarded as one of the up-and-comers in the college football coaching world. It was only a matter of time before the three-time Super Bowl champion got a shot at on-field coaching - even better that he gets to do so with the Tigers.

Faulk rushed for 4,557 yards and 46 touchdowns over his four-year career for LSU. There's no doubt he'll look to help the Tigers' current backs produce like he did back in the day.
