LSU QB Brandon Harris Clears Up Transfer Talk With Telltale Tweet

LSU's offense has struggled for much of the 2014 season, and the biggest reason has been quarterback play. Neither sophomore Anthony Jennings nor freshman Brandon Harris has made a strong case to be named the starter, despite the former getting the nod the past three weeks. Combined, they've thrown for 14 touchdowns, seven interceptions and just over 1,600 yards.

Sunday, following a controversial tweet (later deleted) by Harris, there were rumors that the freshman might be interested in transferring if he isn't given a fair shot at competing for the starting job next season. Tuesday, he cleared them up with one telltale tweet, posting a photo of his offensive coordinator, Cam Cameron, and the hashtag #4yearsjourney.

If Harris was frustrated following his team's narrow win over Ole Miss, perhaps he's calmed down and reassessed his situation. LSU fans will probably be happy to see that both players are committed to being Tigers moving forward.
