The season finale for LSU was an instant classic, but it did end with some controversy. Regardless of the unfortunate loss to Texas A&M, the Tigers finished with an impressive 9-3 record, which should set them up for a nice bowl game.

Although Ed Orgeron won't get his crew to the College Football Playoff this year, this season was another step in the right direction for the program.

With several sites and experts revealing their bowl projections, let's look at which game the Tigers might draw for 2018.

Jerry Palm of CBS Sports has LSU in the Peach Bowl against Washington State. This would be an intriguing battle between Joe Burrow and Gardner Minshew.

College Football News has the Tigers in the Citrus Bowl against Northwestern. This projection would have the Wildcats losing in the Big Ten Championship.

Eric Single of Sports Illustrated has LSU in the Outback Bowl, which would be against Michigan State.

There are still a number of options for the LSU Tigers. However, we won’t officially know their destination until Sunday.

Stay tuned.
