LSU's Travin Dural Tweets Support For Teammates After New Released That He Will Have Hamstring Surgery

LSU wide receiver Travin Dural left Saturday's game against Ole Miss with a hamstring injury, and now it appears that it is worse than originally thought. Dural will miss the remainder of the season after having surgery to repair a torn hamstring, The Daily Reveille reports:

Junior wide receiver Travin Dural is expected to be sidelined for the remainder of the 2015 season, due to a torn hamstring in his right leg. Dural will have surgery on the tear this week, and recovery time for the injury will be roughly 3-4 months, according to a source.

After news broke, Dural took to Twitter to reassure fans that his fellow Tiger receivers have things in good hands.

LSU has plenty of talent at the position with Malachi Dupre, as well as a monster running back in Leonard Fournette. Losing Dural certainly won't help an offense that has been rendered ineffective in LSU's last three games, though.
