Nick Saban Reportedly "Insinuated" Officers Who Arrested Alabama Players Were "Disgruntled LSU Fans"

During today's session of the SEC Media Days, Alabama head coach Nick Saban got into a heated exchange with ESPN's Paul Finebaum after Finebaum criticized Saban's handling of the Cam Robinson situation. Saban said he didn't suspend Robinson and defensive back Hootie Jones because he's "not going to convict them in public."

The story goes a bit deeper, according to AL.com. Per AL.com, who filmed the back-and-forth between Saban and Finebaum after the cameras stopped rolling, Saban "insinuated" that the arresting officers were "disgruntled LSU fans."

Within earshot of media, Saban launched into a four-letter tirade directed at Finebaum. In it, he used his fingers to note the small amount of marijuana found in the car and insinuated the arresting officers were disgruntled LSU fans.
