Tyrann Mathieu Disappointed Leonard Fournette Couldn't Set LSU's All-Time Rushing Record Today
Leonard Fournette almost made history today.
LSU's star running back, who helped lead the Tigers to a tough 34-24 victory against Syracuse, totaled 244 rushing yards and two touchdowns against the Orange.
He was six yards away from tying LSU's all-time record for most rushing yards in a game.

Based on how Fournette has looked so far this season - more than 600 yards and eight touchdowns through three games - that record will likely fall at some point this year.
